ABOUT ME

I am a depression survivor who is on the mission to end the stigma around depression and normalize it in the best way possible. I write blogs by writing about my depression journey and how I overcame it. I believe writing is the best asset to educate people about mental health. And let them know that they are not alone.


What do you wish you were taught about mental wellbeing at school and why?

If mental well-being could be taught in school, it would be a huge asset for any individual out there as it could have helped him/her recognize what’s happening to him/her and it could be aware of how to seek help at the right time.


What do you do to care for your mental wellbeing?

I seek therapy, take a break when needed and most importantly I just take one day at a time, because I know what’s it like to be in that black hole.
